JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-02-2015 The District Programme Officer, Motihari, East Champaran is directed to inquire as to why the CDPO is sitting over a decision contained in Annexure- 4 in relation to Parshona Tapasi Gram Panchayat. If the findings are that there is illegality in regard to such selection then the natural corollary must be reached. If evidence emerges that CDPO has deliberately and intentionally derail the implementation of the decision, the District Programme Officer will recommend appropriate action against her to the concerned authority.
