Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273/414/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/33 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In the present case also allegation is under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Hence in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer is refused in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2021.
