Let the petitioners file a fresh application with a copy of this Order, before the Respondent No . 4 with regard to their grievance, who will examine the matter in the context in which such grievance has been raised. This Order is being passed, because the DEO has failed to take any decision in terms of Annexure-3 series, which was moved by this petitioners, way back on 10.10.2013. There is obvious inaction on their part, which led to this writ application.
