ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of acquittal dated 6.4.2005 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Sessions Trial No.837 of 1998.

On going through the impugned judgment, I find that it was for good reason that the private Opposite Parties were acquitted. Hence finding no merit in the revision application, the same is dismissed.
