JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University. A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent State wherein stand taken by the respondent no.6 that the grievance with regard to the payment has already been redressed. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submits that certain dues has not been cleared as yet although he admits that substantial payment has been made.
