ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2025 In the present MJC, it is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that this Court vide order dated 12.02.2025 passed in CWJC No. 17487 of 2024 has disposed of the writ petition filed by the petitioner herein with a leave to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad within a period of four weeks from the date on

Patna High Court MJC No.1867 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 disposal of the said case. Learned counsel submits that the order was up-loaded on 18th of March, 2025 and therefore, the petitioner could not file the statutory appeal before the DRAT, Allahabad as directed by the Court. Learned counsel submits that if time is extended, the petitioner will approach the DRAT, Allahabad.

2. Having regard to the same, further period of four weeks from today is granted to the petitioner for approaching the DRAT, Allahabad.

3. With the above directions, the present MJC is allowed.
