Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks Revision of the order dated 18.6.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai, in Case No. 334M of 1997.

Considering that this is a second Revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. and the Proceeding is of the year 1997, I see no reason for interference in the same. The application stands dismissed.
