Having regard to the fact that the petitioner wants transfer to any other school from the school in which he is presently working, the remedy for him will be only by way of filing a representation before the competent authority. That being so, if the petitioner files a representation before the competent authority, the same shall be taken into consideration and an appropriate order of transfer, if needed, shall be passed.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
