Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case no. 06/2014 registered under sections 147, 420, 406 and 504 of the IPC.
It appears from perusal of the first information report that the petitioner had taken loan from the informant and had given possession of his land but subsequently, he refused to execute absolute sale deed in respect of his land in favour of the informant and also stopped the informant from cultivating over the said land. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7997 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case no. 06/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
