The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge - II Cum Special
