In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. As per allegation, three named accused persons went to the petrol pump at the midnight and demanded petrol. They were arrested and one country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner no. 2, whereas nothing was recovered from petitioner no. 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.

(ii) If the petitioners are found involved in future in the similar type of offence, their bail bonds shall be liable to be canceled.
