Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 366, 498/34 of Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that her sister Kaushilya Devi was married with Sant Lal Rai. He further alleged that this petitioner induced her sister to live with him.
The petitioner submits that in fact Kaushilya Devi is living with him on her own free will.
Learned counsel for the State submits that despite knowing that Kaushilya Devi is married, still the petitioner has induced her to live with him. It appears that subsequently the petitioner has annexed document to show that compromise has

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner surrenders within six weeks in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 1 of 2016 and the informant agrees to the factum of compromise, the petitioner would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of the court concerned, i.e. the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar Sitamarhi. The application is accordingly disposed of.
