Mr. Kumar Alok, learned SC 7 accepts notice for respondent no. 1 to 6.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of appropriate writ (s), order(s) or direction commanding the Respondent No. 3 to appoint the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Sevak/Secretary for which he is entitled to being Dalpaties and ignoring his valid claim, fresh step has been taken by the respondents to fill up the posts of Panchayat Secretary by the Secretary, Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.1178 of 2021 dt.17-01-2022 2/2 Staff Selection Commission, Patna, which has caused serious prejudice to the petitioner and also for quashing of the order dated 31.01.2020 passed by the Respondent No. 3, as the same has infringed the fundamental right of the petitioners conferred under Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India."

The petitioner has not filed any representation before the concerned authority. Therefore, he is permitted to file a detailed representation pointing out judicial pronouncements, if any, cited in the present petition so as to enable the authority to decide the petitioner's representation. If such representation is submitted within a period of eight weeks the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order on the petitioner's representation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the petitioner's representation.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
