The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that she being Mukhiya purchased the solar light, violating the direction of the State Government but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the solar light of Tata B.P. Company and the said company was an approved company by the Government, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-3 to this petition.

No.5144 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
