3. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 22152 of 2014 which was dismissed for nonprosecution in terms of order dated 01.03.2016.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition the prayer for restoration is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 22152 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1007 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2014 is restored to its original file.
