The petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 03.9.2005 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Cr. Appeal No. 16 of 2004/05 of 2005 confirming the judgment and order of learned trial court. Having gone through the judgment, I do not find any merit in this application. However, considering the period of custody of the petitioner and date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him.
With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
