Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 295 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 436, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2023 and the petitioner is quite innocent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38800 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 with other accused persons have set the "Khopi" on fire containing 20 quintals wheat and feeding straw of cattle of the informant and the accused persons including petitioner have assaulted the family of the informant.

Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 295 of 2022. This application stands allowed.
