JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 20-08-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.11.2011 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 234 of 2010 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and 3⁄4 of the Black Marketing Act. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
