The counsel for the petitioners submits that in

Patna High Court MJC No.379 of 2015 (5) dt.13-02-2017 pursuance of the order dated 12.09.2014 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15514 of 2014, the respondent-authority has passed the order, from which the petitioners are aggrieved so he makes a prayer that the petitioners should be given liberty to challenge the order of the respondent-authority in the proper proceeding. Permission is granted. As the respondent-authority has carried out the order, not to the satisfaction of the petitioners, the petitioners if so advised, may challenge the order in appropriate proceeding before the appropriate Forum/Court/Authority.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
