The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.02.2019 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that from the house of the petitioner, 59 litres of illicit country made liquor were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house and the petitioner is accused in one another case of similar nature. Learned APP submits that the recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of recovery and the fact that the investigation has already been concluded, let the above named petitioner be
