1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S (Special) Case no.110 of 2024, arising out of Bhimnagar P.S Case no.70 of 2024 registered under sections 8 and 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 6 kgs of ganja was recovered from the cowshed of the premises/house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered either from the petitioner's possession or from the cowshed. The petitioner who has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 2.12.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the alleged quantity of recovery of ganja being much below the commercial quantity, the petitioner being in custody for 6 months since 2.12.2024 and especially the petitioner not having any antecedent under the NDPS Act, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with N.D.P.S (Special) Case no.110 of 2024, arising out of Bhimnagar P.S Case no.70 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Supaul.
