The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lalganj P.S. Case No.69 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the allegation is against the co-accused, Ravi Ranjan Kumar that he has received the money for selling a piece of land but the sale deed has not been executed in the name of the informant. No.46594 of 2021(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 the petitioner is that he has taken Rs.7,50,000/- from the informant for fencing the land, but the said land has not been executed in the name of the informant, therefore, fencing work could not be done. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail application.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the dispute is purely civil in nature, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.69 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J.) Sanjay/- U
