JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the order of this Court dated 14.03.2024 passed in CWJC No.3589 of 2024 has stood complied with, inasmuch as the Executive Director, Bihar State Health Society has already passed a reasoned order dated 26.07.2024.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed

Patna High Court MJC No.1797 of 2024(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 off while granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 26.07.2024, in case the petitioner so desires by taking recourse to the due process of law.
