3. The present appeal has been preferred for quashing of order dated 04.12.2021 passed by learned Court of Special Judge SC/ST (POA) Act Samastipur in connection with C.R. Case No. 90 of 2019 whereby and Where under cognizance has been taken against the appellant for the offences under sections 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3 (r) (s) of the SC/ST (POA) Act.

4. After some argument, Mr. Kundan Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant in the presence of Mrs. Usha Kumari No.1 prays for withdrawal of the petition. He submits that he will be raising all the points before the concerned Court at the time of framing of the charge.

5. The Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2583 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
