JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on 13.04.2014 and 14.04.2014 coaccused Vijay Mandal (non-petitioner) assaulted the informant when the petitioners assaulted the brother of the informant and took out `1100/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple superficial in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.6835 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 194 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
