JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2015 Petitioner's grievance is against non-appointment on the post of Prakhand Teacher in relation to an advertisement relating to the year 2008. Annexure- 5 is the speaking order passed by the Director, Primary Education. The order clearly indicates that no selection and appointment could be carried out on the post in all these years. Now, the rules had undergone a change, so is the eligibility and the procedure. The Director has rightly opined that no direction for appointment of the petitioner alone could be made out. There is nothing wrong with the rational and reasoning given in Annexure- 5.

Writ is dismissed.
