This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 366(A), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No. 148 of 2021.

The petitioner is in custody for the offence of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim has attained majority and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Out of wedlock of the couple, a child has been born. He has also submitted that the victim is residing in

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-6-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No. 148 of 2021, subject to the following condition:- "The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court."
