The petitioner seeks bail in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons took away truck of informant by deceiving the garage owner and they were using the truck of informant by pasting the registration plate of another vehicle. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, informant obtained the truck bearing registration no. NL01A-2613 from the petitioner vide agreement dated 10.04.2019, but informant could not pay the total consideration money then

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47389 of 2021(3) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 petitioner was compelled to take back his said truck. Petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 8th, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021.
