1. Instant petition has been filed for following reliefs:

"That by way of this writ application, the petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs/ direction/ directions/ order / orders commanding the respondents to make technical Marks re-evaluation of the Tender

Patna High Court CWJC No.9720 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/3 documents of the petitioner's firm, by any independent agency in presence of petitioner which were submitted by the petitioner in pursuance of Advertisement of Tender no.

11074 (Animal) 2022-23 through letter No. - 1544 dated 23-11-2022 by the Project Director, Bihar Livestock Development Agency (herein after called BLDA for the sake of brevity) for the term of three years for providing Accounting, Tax and other Services as the firm of the petitioner is a Chartered Accountant Firm and be pleased to command the respondents for making selection of petitioner's firm to work in pursuance of aforesaid Tender.

2. The relief sought in the present petition cannot be adjudicated in a writ proceeding. However, petitioner is entitled to certain documents relating to affiliation and award of marks. In this regard, the petitioner is stated to have submitted representation and so also application under RTI.

3. Taking note of these material information, the concerned authority is hereby directed to provide such of those
