The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhuban P.S. case No.68 of 2013 under Section 363, 366A, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioner and Bigu Ram enticed her minor daughter.

It is submitted that there was love affairs between the petitioner and the victim, Indu Kumari. Indu Kumari appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C. She disclosed that she left her house voluntarily and solemnized marriage with the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11986 of 2016 (6) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
