2. The petitioner claims that he had appeared for 12th examination held by the Bihar School Examination Board. Being dissatisfied with the award of marks, he had applied for scrutiny. The grievance of the petitioner is that the scrutiny has not been done so far.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board informs this Court that scrutiny has been done and no requirement of alteration in the marks awarded to the petitioner has been found. The outcome of the scrutiny has been placed on the website of the Board.
4. Considering the above stand taken on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4949 of 2017(3) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 Bihar School Examination Board, no further order is required to be passed in the present case.
