After some arguments, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application to move before the competent authority showing the correct family position. The writ petition is directed to be withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is hereby directed to the respondent that upon filing representation by all legal heirs of the deceased employee with their appropriate share. The competent authority shall take decision within 60 days and assure payment to the petitioner and other legal heirs within 30 days thereafter. With this direction, the present writ application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
