This application, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 11.04.2012 passed in Tr. No.4207 of 2013, arising out of Complaint Case No.1802 of 2011, by the court of Sri Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Muzaffarpur, summoning the accused-petitioner, on enquiry under Section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, finding prima facie case for the offence under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The report regarding the stage of the aforesaid case, as called for vide order dated 22.08.2016 passed by this Court, has
