This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of writ, order or direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground as his father, namely, Late Md. Juber Alam died during his service period on 23.04.2017.

In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9906 of 2022(6) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board within a period of four weeks from today and after receiving of such representation, the Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board is directed to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and dispose of his representation by way of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks. 4.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
