JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ramakant Sharma, and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gangta P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 337, 338 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the third attempt of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in terms of the liberty granted, but it appears that petitioner is in a hurry to seek bail.

Liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned Trial Court itself in the event if the informant was not examined within a period of six months in terms of the order dated 16.11.2022 in Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37799 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 59858 of 2022.

It appears that the petitioner filed an application renewing his prayer for bail before the learned Trial Court when the informant was being examined, as such his bail application was rejected.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the examination of the informant is still going on.

The Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands rejected.
