The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 302 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 49476 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 4397 of 2017.
