Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 submits that the matter has become infructuous as by order dated 06.10.2017 charge has already been framed by the trial court. Whereas learned counsel for the petitioner expresses inability about disclosing status of the case.

The learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 also produced certified copy of the order explaining accusation to accused, so the matter has become infructuous, therefore, this application stands dismissed being infructuous.
