JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that selection process started in 2008 has not been taken to its logical end. Counsel for the State submits that during the intervening period, recruitment rules has been changed and now the eligibility criteria for selection of Niyojit Shikshak has undergone a sea change and as such no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
Considering the amendment in rule and change in the eligibility criteria, at this stage, the court cannot issue any direction for consideration of the case of the petitioner for
Patna High Court CWJC No.2588 of 2017 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 selection following 2008 Rule which has now been amended in the year 2012.
The petitioner may participate in the fresh selection process in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
