The informant, a police official after coming to know about the assemblage of anti-social elements tried to intercept whereupon, the accused persons began to run leaving behind motorcycle who were chased, apprehended and from their possession arms, ammunition along with other articles as per seizure list were recovered on search. It is further evident that petitioner happens to be under custody since 13.04.2018. Because of the fact that at an earlier occasion, petitioner has concealed his criminal antecedent which was traced out after calling for case diary whereupon, prayer was rejected.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38455 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 petitioner, Uday Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur PS Case No. 265/2018.
