The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43319 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.381 of 2022 (G.R. No.1300/2022), pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Rosera, Samastipur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund. 4.

The order dated 08.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43319

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63534 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. 5.

Further, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the name of the petitioner in the cause-title portion, which should have been Abhishek Kumar @ Ankit Kumar Mahto.
