P.C. are aggrieved by the order dated 24.09.2014 passed by the respondent-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nawada Sadar in case no. 725 of 2014. Counsel for the petitioners after making submissions at some length seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ application in order to avail the other remedy which is/are
