ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 19.11.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-V, Bhagalpur in Criminal Appeal No. 83 of 2002, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 07.08.2002 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in Banka P.S. Case No. 61 of 1993 arising out of G.R. No. 138 of 1993 (Tr. No. 291 of 2002), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 323, 324, 326 and 504 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years, one and half year, three years and one year.

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference with the same.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.933 of 2005 dt.18-08-2015 However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
