2. For the reason that the petitioner has not

Patna High Court CWJC No.15275 of 2018 dt.20-12-2022 2/2 exhausted her legal remedy of preferring a revision against the appellate order sustaining the order of cancellation, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed, but with an observation that in case revision petition is filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days, the same shall be taken up for consideration and after giving reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to present her cause, a final order shall be passed within a period of 60 days thereafter, giving reasons in support of the same.

4. Dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
