JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No. 3 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, seek the privilege of pre-arrest bail. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Both the parties have compromised and a joint compromise petition has been filed in the court below and as such, the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration.

Considering that compromise has arrived at between the parties and as such, the petitioners are directed to surrender in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30583 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 the court below and the court below after ascertaining the genuineness of the compromise petition and finding its genuineness, shall release on bail on the same date on execution of bail bond to its own satisfaction.
