JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Extending the age of employment under the State of Bihar is a decision which is required to be taken by the executive. It is not for the Court to extend or enhance the age of recruitment in anticipation of a vacancy yet to be announced. Whatever be the circumstances under which the petitioner lost out the earlier opportunity, cannot form the basis for the prayer so made in the writ application. However, if a situation so arises, the petitioner may invoke law in his favour, if there is one, in this regard. No order at this stage is required to be passed. The writ application is dismissed.
