ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has given a suitable representation ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No. 3, i.e., the District Panchayat Officer, Munger and the Respondent No. 3, i.e., the District Panchayat Officer, Munger may be directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders on the said representation by fixing a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.11085 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/3 dated 17.10.2019 and it may not be available in the office of the Respondent No. 3, i.e., the District Panchayat Officer, Munger and the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh representation ventilating his grievance and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh suitable representation to the Respondent No. 3, i.e., the District Panchayat Officer, Munger within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authorities shall consider the same and pass necessary orders for redressing the grievance of the petitioner. In case the claim made by the petitioner is found to be genuine, the Respondent No. 3 shall make necessary arrangement for payment of the admitted dues. In case the Respondent No. 3 comes to the conclusion that the claim made by the petitioner is liable to be rejected, he shall pass a reasoned orders giving the reasons for rejecting his claim.

5. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible

Patna High Court CWJC No.11085 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 3/3 preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
