2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.12.2011 calling upon the petitioner to make payment of his dues to the respondent bank failing which legal action would be taken against him including institution of First Information Report.

3. At the very outset learned counsel for the respondent bank makes a statement at the Bar on the basis of instructions that the cash credit account of the petitioner has since been closed and no amount remains due from the

4. Having regard to the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the respondent bank, the writ petition stands disposed of.
