The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law, father-in-law and married sister-inlaw of the complainant. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the complainant or her husband. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners as also the fact the petitioners are in-laws of the complainan, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5824 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Nawada in Complaint Case No. 1744/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
