The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The police officer alleged that he got secret information that Birendra Kumar and this petitioner are indulged in cheating innocent people by the trick "Identify the face Get the prize". On such, the house of Birendra Kumar was raided and he was arrested and from his house, different articles were recovered. The house of the petitioner was also searched, but it appears that only household articles, mobile, etc. were recovered. No incriminating article showing that the petitioner was cheating anybody was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It appears that no document showing that the petitioner cheated anybody was recovered from the house of the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Warisaliganj P.S.
