JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 05.07.2016 passed in L.P.A. no. 1979 of 2010.

In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 05.07.2016 and dispose of his case by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from today. The consequential benefits, if any, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks
